Boride T2 F1000 on blank

Boride – Т2 is intended for stainless steel. Due to the hard bond stones have low wear rate. Sharpening is performed with knife sharpening oil. The stone is made on the aluminum oxide basis. Sharpening with aluminum oxide abrasives is suitable for the majority of kitchen knives, carpenter tools, hunting and EDC-knives. Aluminum oxide works with any steel lower thatn 58 HRC and soft stainless steels better than silicon carbide, but works a bit more slowly with 60-61 HRC steels. Intended for pre-finishing.

Work recommendations: cleaning the stone from dirt is performed in water using a hard brush and soap solution. Levelling of the stone is performed on the thick glass with silicon carbide powder.
