The Venev diamond plant's bar on the aluminum plate. The abrasive layer on this plate is not sintered, but glued to the plate body. 

The 10/7 side is made on a new upgraded OSB binder. The difference between the OSB bond and others is that it does not use boron carbide. In addition, the abrasive layer on it is not sintered, but glued to the body of the metal plate. The lack of extra inclusions of other abrasives makes it possible to do softer and finer work. OSB bonding is ideal for hard steels on small angles.

Рекомендации по работе: работать на такой связке можно как с мыльной водой, так и с маслом. При этом сам производитель рекомендует работать с водой или с мыльной водой, но работа с маслом дает отличный результат в плане чистоты самого процесса, не оставляя такого большого количества водной суспензии.
