Description
Paddle honing strop is used for finishing the cutting edge of the blade.

Length: 425 mm
Width: 65 mm
Thickness: 25 mm
The area of the working surface: 65х300 mm
A hand polishing compound (it is usually green for different companies) is applied to the suede side. Editing the knife is made by translational movements in compliance with the sharpening angle. On the smooth side of the skin, work either without compound, or using a finishing one (white). Simple actions can bring the knife to razor sharpness. The main thing here is not to overdo it and not to polish the cutting edge to a convex lens. The knife will shave, but it won't cut very well.
