TSPROF К03 Lite Hunter Sharpening Kit

The Lite Hunter kit — is an upgraded K03 Pro sharpener, with an abrasive holder without Axicube. The holder guide is an H7-tolerance grade calibrated steel rod. The strict dimensional tolerances of this guide rod will allow the high precision Axicube-i angle finder to be installed separately on the Lite version. The K03 Pro requires no calibration and is assembled in a couple of minutes.

The K03 Pro version of the body has no horizontal deviations, the knife is clamped parallel to the table. The modern rack and pinion lift, with a toothed rack gearing and stepless angle adjustment, allows setting of the angle with a 0.1° accuracy. The slide is driven by a brass toothed wheel and the steel-brass pairing ensures smooth movement. Body with an increased sharpening angle, due to the improved design, will allow you to sharpen knives in the range of angles from 7° to 39° and to the overall angle of up to 78°.

The sliding part is connected to the base with a dovetail, which guarantees absolute precision of the angle setting. And an additional locking screw allows the lift to be rigidly locked during roughing operations. An additional lifting rod is used to increase the sharpening angle. Fixing its position is now more convenient: the fixing screw can be installed on both sides of the body. The rack and pinion lift is made of high-strength aviation aluminum. The angle measuring scale is printed on the front side of the slider and makes it possible to visually control the angle setting.

The unique rotating mechanism has a wide lever that facilitates rotation and provides secure auto-locking of the clamping frame. Thanks to a spring and bearing system, the frame turns over without wear on the mechanism. The body of the auto-rotate system is made of durable aircraft-grade aluminum, with black anodizing.

The universal abrasive holder allows you to use the sharpener with any abrasive stone, both with and without blanks. The abrasive holder bar has an increased length of 694 mm, is made of steel and has high rigidity. The holder rod is collapsible and is connected by an aluminum sleeve-coupling with a "three-point" mounting, which gives maximum alignment of the connection. The rod is equipped with a handy thumbscrew for adjustment, and is connected in one motion. Equipped with a steel backing.

Whole-milled clamps, made of high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum. This type of clamp provides the greatest rigidity and stability of the unit. Thanks to the monolithic design of the clamps, their main advantage is the increased resistance to abrasive pressure, which ensures a constant angle during all phases of work, from roughing to finishing. No calibration or adjustment to different blade shapes is required when working with this type of clamps. They have a simple and convenient principle of clamping (using a single key) and allow you to clamp a wide variety of knives, including knives with bevels from the spine, folding, kitchen, hunting, etc.

The TSPROF steel stand weighing more than 3 kg securely holds the device on the table and allows sharpening on any flat surface.

A set of diamond blades allows you to start sharpening immediately. The set includes 5 abrasives on aluminum blanks suitable for complete knife sharpening, from roughing to finishing. The diamond plates on galvanic binder provide intensive metal removal and can be used for knife cutting edges that have significant damage (chips, dents, etc.).
