TSPROF K03 Pro Hunter XL kit

The K03 Pro, TSPROF top-of-the-line sharpener, will help you get a perfectly sharp edge of the blade even faster, with more precision and convenience. Included with the sharpener is Axicube-I, the first electronic angle finder designed specifically for sharpening systems. Setting the angle with an accuracy of 0,1° has never been so easy and convenient, the angle finder is integrated directly into the abrasive holder. The abrasive holder itself consists of two steel guides. A specially shaped coupling ensures a rigid and accurate connection. No deflection and maximum precision. The rack and pinion lift is equipped with a steel rail with involute (toothed) gearing, allowing step-less adjustment of the sharpening angle. The slide is driven by a brass-toothed wheel, the steel-brass pairing ensures smooth movement of the slide. A laser marking of the sharpening angle is affixed to the slide for ease of reference. The K03 Pro requires no calibration and is assembled in minutes.

The K03 Pro body has no horizon deviation and the knife is clamped parallel to the table. The modern rack and pinion lift, which has a rail with involute (toothed) gearing and step-less adjustment, allows you to set the angle with an accuracy of 0.1°. The height adjuster with extended angle, due to its improved design, will allow you to sharpen knives in a range of angles from 8° to 39°, which allows you to sharpen to a total angle of up to 78°. 

 An additional lifting rod is used to increase the angle of sharpening. The locking screw allows the lift to be rigidly fixed during deburring operations. Fixing its position is now more convenient: the locking screw can be installed on both sides of the body. The response part of the lift is made of a durable polymer material - polyacetal. It is a super strong, high-performance polymer with a density of 1.420 g/cm3. Polyacetal has excellent antifriction properties, providing smooth running of the rack and pinion lift. 

The unique rotating mechanism has a wide lever that makes rotation easy and ensures reliable auto-locking of the clamping frame. Thanks to the system of springs and bearings, the frame turns over without the wear of the mechanism. The body of the auto-flip system is made of durable aircraft-grade aluminum anodized in black.

The universal holder allows you to use any abrasive stones with the sharpener, both on blanks and without them. The abrasive holder has no metal plate, but thanks to the special geometry of the stops, it allows you to fix the abrasives as securely as possible. The abrasive holder bar has an increased length of 694 mm, is made of steel, and has high rigidity. The holder rod is collapsible and joined by an aluminum sleeve coupling, with a three-point mounting, which gives the maximum alignment of the connection. The rod is equipped with a convenient thumbscrew for adjustment which allows the rod to be connected in one motion.

The Axicube-I angle finder is developed specifically for sharpening systems and is integrated into the body of the holder's movable stop which allows real-time monitoring of the sharpening angle. The Axicube is rigidly connected to the abrasive holder and is in the plane of the abrasive stone. This allows maximum angle accuracy during use. Axicube allows you to set the angle with an accuracy of up to 0.1°. The angle finder has durable aircraft aluminum body and is resistant to vibrations. Can be used in temperatures from 0°C to +40°C. Charges from a standard micro-USB charger. Each Axicube is calibrated at the factory with verified measuring instruments. Before use, a special calibration plate is used to give it an initial reference angle. If the sharpening device is moved to another surface, a new calibration with the plate is required.

Whole-milled clamps are made of high-strength black anodized aircraft-grade aluminum. The clamps of this type provide the greatest rigidity and stability of the device. Thanks to the monolithic design of the clamps, their main advantage is the increased resistance to abrasive pressure, which ensures consistency of angles during all phases of work, from roughing to finishing. This type of clamp does not require calibration or adjustment for different types of blades. They have a simple and convenient principle of clamping (using a single L-shaped key), and they allow you to clamp a wide variety of knives, including knives with bevels from the spine, folding knives, kitchen knives, hunting knives, etc.

TSPROF Whole-milled fillet clamps are designed for clamping knives with a spine thickness of up to 3.5 mm. The minimum sharpening angle is 7.2 degrees. The clamps are made of a single piece of aluminum and allow you to adjust the clamp to any shape of the blade and ensure the symmetry of the installation. They allow you to sharpen: kitchen, fillet, keychain knives, dangerous razors, scandi knives and other narrow long knives.

TSPROF Double clamp securely holds any shape of the blade, thanks to the jaws that can be adjusted to fit the planes of the knife. Suitable for chef's, table, fillet, universal, carving, vegetables and kitchen knives with a narrow spine. However, unlike a single clamp, double clamp jaws are more narrow - 16 mm wide, so we do not recommend to clamp knives with a spine larger than 3.5 mm. Recommended knife length: 30-300 mm.

TSPROF Single Clamp -  allows to clamp knives with complex blade geometry. Good for hunting and folding knives with a wide blade. Minimum width of the knife is 20 mm, maximum spine thickness is 5 mm, range of angles is 10-32 degrees (for wide knives the range may differ). Recommended blade length: 50-200 mm.

TSPROF Single Fillet Clamp - a special clamp for narrow fillet knives, with a reduced sharpening angle. The thin jaws of the clamp are made of structural spring steel which allows the clamp to be adjusted to the blade geometry. Possible to sharpen: knives such as Victorinox, small, folding, keychain knives and other narrow and short knives. Recommended blade length: 50-200 mm.

TSPROF K03 Pro Convex Attachment - this attachment is mounted on the abrasive holder and provides a uniform angle change across the entire width of the secondary bevels, producing a radius shape of the lens - convex grind. Suitable for steel rod of K03 Pro sharpener. The angle range must be chosen according to the thickness of the knife. If the minimum thickness is 0,2 - 0,4 mm, the 4,3 degree socket is suitable; if the thickness is 0,4 - 0,6 mm, the 7,2 degree socket is suitable; if the thickness is 0,7 mm or thicker, the 10,7 degree socket is suitable.

The small universal table is equipped with two types of clamps: a short 16 mm jaw and a Y-shaped clamp. You can use this table to sharpen different cutting tools, the angles of which are greater than 45°. You can sharpen scissors, hairdresser's tools, carpentry tools, plane irons, chisels, e.t.c.]

L-attachment is designed for mounting the K03 and Kadet clamps on the turning frame. You can set the clamps with the attachments on the edges of the frame and increase its overall length by 4 cm. This extends the clamping options for knives with long blades or with thin and flexible blades. You can set the clamps in the center of the frame and thus create a single clamp for sharpening the shortest blades. The attachment is suitable for turning frames of K02 (produced in 2018), all versions of K03, and all versions of Kadet.
