Our main factory and warehouse location is in Russia. Additional office and warehouse are located in MI USA. Usually, the USA warehouse stores all TSPROF K03 sharpener kits. In case the USA warehouse is out of stock, sharpener kits could be delivered from Russia. Parts and accessories are sent from Russia. Please contact the customer support team to find out if some particular items are stored in the USA or Russian location.

The default shipping method for international shipping from the Russian warehouse is UPS. Express Delivery by DHL is available for an extra charge. Orders inside the US are delivered by FedEx. Lead time is varying from 6 to 9 business days depending on inventory status. To check inventory status and exact lead time for particular items please contact the customer support team.

International shipping. Customs Fees & Duties

The following are related to items shipped internationally (see the previous paragraph). When packages are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. 

You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. TSPROF does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. 

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order or sending the order back to us.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

TSPROF is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes however to estimate the fees and duties you may refer to third-party online services (e.g. Please be informed that TSPROF doesn't take any responsibility for the results provided by the third-party online services. Alternatively, you should check with your local tax advisor for more information.

In some cases, customs will return your order back to the sender. It usually happens if customs request additional information from a customer but don’t get a reply. In such cases, additional cost for sending it again is paid by the buyer. Alternatively, the cost of the items will be refunded, the shipping cost is non-refundable in this case.

Damages include leaks, cracks, and loss of function. Damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Missing parts refer to the absence of original parts   and components of the item.

Items can be refunded due to other reasons only if the item is returned intact with all accompanying accessories and packaging, in a re-sellable condition.

When purchasing any replacement parts or accessories, the Purchaser shall ensure that the parts are compatible with the original product in the Purchaser’s possession. TSPROF will not allow any returns based on the claim that the purchased part/accessory is not compatible with the product unless such compatibility was expressly advertised by TSPROF on the product’s page.
